Our return policy lasts 15 days of receiving the product for full refund or exchange, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you. If 15 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

About the return fee:
- If because of a product problem (printing error, wrong delivery, poor quality merchandise): Buyer will not have to pay the return fee. Roomhubb will be responsible for this fee.
- If you have problems unrelated to the product (you change your mind and don’t want to buy, you don’t like the design of the product, …)” : Buyer will have to pay the return fee.
